Step 3 – World Wide Web and Print Advertising
- Place your property on our website, REALTOR.com - the National REALTOR® website; and the Asheville Board of REALTORS® Website which in turn sends your listing to 1000's of websites
- Use our skills to know when and where to advertise your home
- Develop & distribute a full color flyer and/or postcard for your home
IMPORTANT: The North Carolina Real Estate Commission allows Broker Reciprocity which means your listing will be on every real estate company's website that uses the North Carolina Mountains MLS search engine.
Step 4 – During the Listing Process
- Make what can be a complex, tedious process an easy one for you
- Pre-qualification of your prospective buyers to ensure that your sale will close and you won't waste time with unqualified prospects
- Provide necessary disclosure documents & guidance to prospective buyers and their agents
- Handle all phone calls, inquiries, appointments, showings and negotiations
- Be objective in presenting offers and counter offers, off-setting the emotional aspect of decision-making
Step 5 - Facilitating the Offer and Closing
- Present and review all offers with you
- Represent you in negotiations
- Explain in detail the NC Offer to Purchase and accompanying addendums
- Manage the contract process e.g.: inspections, repair work, loan processing, appraisals, insurance, etc.
- Deliver closing instructions for your approval
- Coordinate contract closing
- Provide estimated closing costs and final net proceeds
- Appear with you at the closing table
